The 2020 Beer Dinner Series rolls on with another amazing evening this February! We're partnering with award-winning Cape May County brewery, Slack Tide Brewing Company, to tempt your taste buds with a Spanish-themed menu that's sure to have your mouth watering. Old-world flavors paired specifically with some of Slack Tide Brewing Company's favorite beers come together for this one-of-a-kind culinary experience. Grab your tickets and join us in the newly-revamped Sunset Lounge for what's sure to be an incredible evening.
Cost: $66 per person - including beer, food, tax, and gratuities (EventBrite processing fees separate.)

Course One - Appetizers (el aperitivo)

Course Two - Gazpacho
Spanish classic served warm. Vine tomatoes, roasted red pepper, croutons, olive oil, cucumber relish

Course Three - Scallops (Vieiras a la sarten)
Pan-seared scallop, root vegetable puree, gremolata
Beer Pairing - Bell Bouy Belgian Blonde Ale
Course Four - Basque Txuleton Steak
Sous vide dry-aged beef, sweet corn coulis, crispy brussel sprouts, Port reduction
Beer Pairing - Manatee Milk Stout
Course Five - Churro con Chocolate
Light, crispy churros dipped in a rich, dark chocolate sauce
Beer Pairing - Haywire Twist with plums, currants, and cranberries
