Chef Ingrid Dellatorre
Executive Chef Ingrid Dellatorre has been in the business since she was a kid, literally! She got her start working with her father, a Master Chef, in their family owned restaurant and catering business at the age of 12, starting in the front of the house and working her way back. After graduating from the University of Delaware, Chef Dellatorre honed her craft in the mid-west as the Food and Beverage Director for Knapp Hotels in Des Moines, Iowa, then here locally at the Delaware Beaches as the Director of Operations for the Rusty Rudder in Dewey before joining the OTR-Lewes team five years ago. Here, she’s helped craft the OTR menu with influences taken from the beach, as well as her Caribbean background and world travels.
