Cruise to Nowhere with the Funsters

Ferry fans find their fun with the Funsters!

Hop aboard the Cape May - Lewes Ferry with a special FUNSTERS Cruise with boatloads of great music! Put your dancing shoes on and rock on as the ferry takes the party off dry land and onto the beautiful Delaware Bay.

On Saturday, September 27, the Ferry will cruise the Delaware Bay for a fun evening of music, food, and drinks with Delaware's premier Rock 'n Soul party band, The Funsters. Please note there is NO STOP in NEW JERSEY, this cruise to Nowhere is from our LEWES TERMINAL and will return to the LEWES TERMINAL.

The Funsters have been playing rock 'n soul dance music for over 25 years at venues throughout Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and beyond, and are sure to get the ferry rockin'!

September is a great time to kick back, try something different, and have fun. You can have it all on a relaxing bay cruise where you dance the night away with family and friends. View a spectacular sunset as you sip a refreshing beverage. Experience a cruise to remember with great music in a unique venue.

Saturday, September 27th, 2025 | 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.; "doors" open at 4:30 p.m.

Itinerary:

*This event is from the Lewes Terminal ONLY

4:30 PM: Check-in and boarding begins at the Lewes Terminal. If 21 and over, please stop at the indicated tent for State ID verification and braceleting to purchase alcohol onboard the Ferry.

5:00 PM: Depart from Lewes and rock out

8:00 PM: Arrive back at the terminal

Cost: $40.00 per person

*This excursion is ONLY for adults, and those aged 14+.

Tickets are required to be purchased before departure. PLEASE BRING CASH for food and beverage purchases onboard the vessel, as there are no credit card terminals available on the vehicle deck where the event will be taking place.

Cost: $40 per person. Adults 14 and over only for this special excursion. Those 21 and over who intend to purchase alcohol while on board must present a valid State Identification before check-in at the indicated location at the Terminal. No exceptions. No discounts can be applied to this cruise. This event is rain or shine. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation of the cruise by the Cape - May Lewes Ferry.

PLEASE NOTE: As much as we LOVE our Furry friends, they will NOT be welcome aboard this cruise for their safety and security. No pets on board for this event.

Includes: Passenger passage and entertainment.

Food & Beverages will be available for purchase from the food concessions onboard the Ferry. (No other food vendors will be on board)

No outside beverages of any kind will be allowed on board.
Coolers are not permitted on board for this cruise. This special event cruise is NOT a BYOB event.

Handicap accessible: Is available and assistance to board the car deck via loading ramp is available. Entertainment will be on the vehicle deck, which can be accessed via the vehicle ramp. Handicap restroom available on the vehicle deck.

The band will perform on the vehicle deck. Guests will be permitted to bring lawn chairs on board and place them where allowed. Aisles must be kept clear at all times. If the weather is not conducive for sailing in the open Bay, the Ferry will sail in the Harbor or remain at dock for the duration of the event.
